Christ. Martin came down awkwardly (I guess) after a made basket at the end of the the third quarter Tuesday in the Kings’ 117-107 win over the Jazz. The replay didn’t show that he landed badly, but apparently it was bad enough to rip his groin in half and sideline him for up to six weeks.

The good news just keeps on coming for the Kings. Mike Bibby is out about eight more weeks with a thumb injury, Ron Artest is in a highly unstable situation with the unsure health of his daughter and now Martin TEARS his GROIN.

Stay tuned as tomorrow I will bring you the news that John Salmons and Brad Miller are both out for the year after an especially rough pillow fight and Francisco Garcia has been deported.

Why does this crap always happen to the Kings? Unbelievable. Huge win over the Jazz. Unfortunately they will not win for the next month. Goddammit.
